He then transitioned from engineering to business with an MBA, helping to secure funding for his company. Raffael even spent two years in Asia Pacific opening NetGuardians' office.

Netguardians, a spin-off from a Swiss University, grew from a team of 2 to 100, securing over $35 million in funding to fight financial crime. Originally focused on cybersecurity, Netguardians pivoted in 2015 to specialise in financial crime prevention.
